Cadet boat register

Find a boat

Boats listed by their owners, and boats recorded from published results. Search by current or former sail number, current or former name, builder or club. To ask about a boat that is available, ask the class.

Owners

Register your boat

For adult owners. Four short sections, then a review. Only the sail number and the owner details are required.

Please do not include children's names, schools or home addresses anywhere on this form. Photographs of people are not accepted.

Section 1 of 5

The boat

The sail number is the boat's identity and matches its measurement card.

How it is used

What is the boat doing now, and where is it kept? A club only, never an address.

Owner

Kept privately by the class. Never shown on this page.

Notes

Anything that helps the class check the record. Notes are private and never published.

Review and send

Check the details, then send. Your boat goes onto the register at once, marked as reported; the class may confirm or correct it.

Thank you

Your boat has been received.

Help

How the register works

What is it for?

To help dormant Cadets find a new sailor and to celebrate the boats that are racing. It is not a record of who owns what.

What is shown publicly?

Only boats whose owners ticked the listing box, and only sail number, name, builder, year built, club, how the boat is used and whether the owner would consider offers. Owner names, contact details and notes are never shown.

Who sees my details?

The class register administrators. You can ask for a correction or deletion at any time.

Is a measurement card still needed?

Yes. The register does not replace the measurement card or a valid buoyancy test, and the class does not endorse or guarantee any boat.

Are children involved?

Entries must come from an adult. Please do not name children or add photographs of people.
