Clubhouse Mobile App

The Clubhouse Mobile App is available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store

Installation Instructions

Follow these steps to install the myclubhouse Mobile App:

The main functionality within the App is to enter events. More features will be added over time.

 Racing Rules of Sailing

We are using Racing Rules of Sailing as an online noticeboard for UKNCCA events.

Competitor's use this to file protests and results enquiries electronically, and they are automatically sent to the appropriate event official.

Official’s use this to post any changes to Sailing Instructions, manage the hearing requests, post and other enquiries. It also helps speed up the processing of results, and allows notices to competitors to be delivered promptly.

Mobile App - Installation Instructions

The Racing Rules Mobile App is available on both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

This is a FREE App - if the App is listed with a fee to pay then it is not the correct App to install.

Submit a Protest or Scoring Query

When in the event screen on the Mobile App, click on the title at the top and a menu will appear on the left-hand side. In the section ‘Questions for Officials’ are following options:

  • Hearing Request - use this to submit a Protest, a Request for Redress, or a Request to Reopen a previous Protest

  • Scoring Inquiry - use this to submit a Scoring query

These links will open a form that you will need to complete. Please fill in as much as you can and click on the submit button - this will send it to the correct race official(s). More details on the steps to file a Protest can be found here.
